Ahmed Fahmy contributes more than 25 years of global transformation experience to his work as a serial corporate entrepreneur and capacity builder focused on innovation and organizational development. He has launched businesses worth over $1.5 billion USD.

 

With his passion and continuous inquiry into innovation, people, and technology, Fahmy has worked at Fortune 500 companies across the globe including Europe, Africa, the Middle East and North America. He is called upon to create sustainable change, from corporate-wide initiatives to functional divisions to individual leadership transformation. Client goals include new product commercialization, innovation management, business transformation, leadership and talent development. His experience covered the field of telecommunication and advanced high-tech, including IoT and RTLS, mobile computers, and digital workflows, in multiple industries, such as healthcare, public safety, retail, and manufacturing.

Leveraging methodologies that incorporate best practices, science, and international experience, Fahmy founded Innovas Consulting Group. The global consultancy accelerates businesses' and executives' growth through innovation-driven consulting, advising, mentoring, coaching, and executive education programs with top-qualified coaches.

In addition to his professional work, Fahmy is deeply committed to advancing the field of innovation. He collaborates with social innovators and organizations to promote sustainability innovation on a global scale. His academic contributions, including the publication of the Do No Harm Innovation concept and Inquiry-Centered Leadership, are influenced by his strong interest in digital transformation problem-solving, design and system thinking, responsible innovation, and executive education growth.

With his global experience and current global business leadership, Fahmy has been committed to working with organizations and executives eager to grow their leadership, influence, and impact. His experience covers several industries: High Technology, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retailers, Transportation and logistics, Oil and Gas, and Government Agencies.

Fahmy holds a B.Sc. in engineering, an MBA, and is a Doctoral Researcher. He is a Global Practitioner at the University of Strathclyde and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC-ICF). Fahmy is also a certified partner for several professional leadership, talent, and emotional intelligence assessment providers. Fahmy is multilingual and can coach in English, French, and Arabic.

Yasser Haridi has 25 years of rich experience in leading change and development for renowned multinational organizations such as Siemens, Lockheed Martin, and NASA, where he developed practical skills in strategic planning, enterprise architecture, systems engineering, and management integration.

​

Over the past decade, Yasser has realized well-recognized achievements in the Information Technology Business Management arena. As the CIO's chief business architect, he led the organization on a  transformational journey with three main objectives: To get the internal technology house in order; leverage advances in emerging technologies to drive innovation; and reimagine the role of the CIO to focus less on technology management and more on enabling the business strategic goals. His vision's successful implementation improved the organization's credibility and accountability in governance and operations, providing rigor to make sound business and timely investment decisions. Improvements led to an average of 50% reduction in time and cost of planning, reporting, and operational activities and processes.

Yasser is leading decision-making and driving results in many areas across the OCIO. He is leading the Program and Project Management function, focusing on combining strategies, assets, insights, and technologies to surpass customers' expectations and develop integrated systems. Under his leadership, the local CIO's programs and projects have achieved a collective 90% success rate over three years.

​

In the area of Strategic Planning and Performance Management, he leads strategic forums designed to draw a clear linkage between the current state of I.T., today's operational challenges, and tomorrow's strategic objectives in a language everyone can understand. He is continuously engaged with leadership teams across the organization to balance actuality with inspiration, introducing innovative ways to reshape processes and potentially transform the business without losing sight of feasibility, complexity, and risk. With an emphasis on Digital Transformation, Business Intelligence, and data-driven decision-making techniques, his efforts have led to an increased 85% customer satisfaction with local CIO products and services, for data quality, pricing accuracy, and timely information.

 

Yasser is a certified Federal Enterprise Architect, and he holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering, an M.S. degree in Computer Engineering, and an MBA in Technology Management. His accomplishments were crowned with NASA special recognition, exemplary and achievements awards in support of Nasa's critical programs.

Dennis Kight has more than 25 years of global experience working with executives, business leaders, and high potential individuals.  He has worked with leaders based in the US, the Middle East, Africa, Europe, South America, Asia, and Australia.  

 

Prior to transitioning to executive coaching full-time, Dennis established and led the Middle East and Africa Human Resources organizations for Motorola and Cisco Systems where he partnered closely with business leaders and executives.  Most recently, Dennis led the Executive Development organization for IBM’s Middle East Africa organization and implemented a strategic framework focused on identifying and developing a strong executive pipeline for all of IBM’s business units in the region. 

 

Dennis is certified in behavioral, leadership, and team assessments, and leverages a portfolio of business-tested and proven toolkits to address a wide range of leadership challenges.  A sample of areas that Dennis coaches leaders on includes:

Dennis holds a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University along with a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development.  He is a Certified Executive Coach and is an ACC credentialed coach with the International Coaching Federation, and a BCC credentialed executive coach with the Center for Credentialing and Education.  Dennis is also certified in ProfileXT Leadership assessment and Genos Emotional Intelligence assessment tools.  He is a former Member of the Board of Directors, ICF UAE Chapter, and is a founding member of Coaches4Good, a collaborative community of coaches based around the world.

Carrie Lannon has more than 25 years' experience in both startup and multi-billion-dollar Fortune 500 corporate environments as a corporate public relations and senior marketing executive. She has coached C-suite clients throughout her career, from prepping a CEO to appear on CNN to training an executive director for a TED Talk to teaching a vice president how to develop an expert's reputation in a new industry.  As a personal branding consultant, Carrie combines her communications background with the styling instincts she developed working with renowned fashion brands. 

​

Through a discovery process, Carrie delves into each client's experiences, interests and goals to create a cohesive brand story and image. Her branding process yields sustainable results because she incorporates each client's talents, personality, and life experience – no posing or pretending. She shows individuals how to consciously and purposefully craft their communications and interactions to achieve the reputation they desire.

Carrie was the national public relations director for ULTA Beauty, a 1000+ store group named one of the fastest-growing companies in America by Fortune and Forbes during her three-year tenure. She established ULTA's public relations department and oversaw communications, social media and publicity for the publicly traded company. Communication roles included speaking to the media on volatile issues, solving reputation challenges and developing crisis responses for ULTA's CEO.

As Vice President of Strategic Partnerships for Merchandise Mart Properties, Inc. (MMPI), Carrie developed a sponsorship department for MMPI's large-scale consumer shows, securing over $1 million in sponsor revenue in year one through strategic branding and communications. 

​

Before her corporate work, Carrie ran her marketing agency, Lannon Communications, for 12 years. The agency created brand activations for a roster of renowned lifestyle clients, including Tiffany & Co, Prada, Equinox Fitness Clubs, Kate Spade, Draper & Kramer, Mercedes-Benz and W Hotels. Her role included presenting client CEOs to the media.

Dr Dave Mackay is the lead facilitator and founder of Rheiz, a strategy process

consultancy. Until April 2023, Dave was a Professor of Strategy and Digital Transformation at the Hunter Centre for Entrepreneurship at the triple-accredited Strathclyde Business School in Glasgow, Scotland. An ex-process engineer and manager with P&G, he has taught, consulted and researched strategy, innovation and technology processes and practices for the last 19 years.

 

As a consultant and facilitator, Dave has worked across a wide range of sectors for over 200 corporate, SME, public sector and 3rd sector clients. A native of Glasgow, he has led client initiatives in the UK & Europe, USA, South and South East Asia, and the Middle East. In 2018, he designed and facilitated two phases of Oman Vision 2040, working with stakeholders from across the country in setting national objectives for the Sultanate. His current assignments include supporting energy, supply chain, higher education and professional services companies in strategy, leadership, innovation and learning & development projects.

 

Dave has a PhD in strategic management based on research exploring management abilities in leading strategic change and innovation activities. As an educator, Dave is a fellow of the Higher Academy of Education and a previous winner of the ‘Best Overall Lecturer’ at the Strathclyde Teaching Awards. He has taught strategy, international business and digital transformation subjects extensively as part of MBA and exec education programs across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Dave has published in various international journals, including Organizational Research Methods, IJOPM, Business History, IJMR, Management Learning, TFSC and ICC. Dave is co-author of the textbook “Strategy: Theory, Practice and Implementation” published by OUP and the Cambridge Element “Strategy-In-Practices” with Robert Chia (see opposite, both published in 2023).​​​​​​​​​
